March 25, 2013.  Notes To My Kids is up for sale on Amazon and B&N.

June 8                            Editing of Days Remembered is really done.  I occasionally tweak something but I have said it all now I think.  I add entries to my blog about it,showcasing some of the Notes in it.  I may get a professional editor to review it soon as well.  Also I keep adding new photos to www.redbubble.com from time to time.  The pictures in the book will be on redbubble.

April 25                        Still editing Days Remembered.  Going to the writiers club today in fact with one of my blogs.

March 9                        I have set up a site from which I am selling digital photographs of the images seen on my Facebook page which will appear in Days Remembered.  That site is  http://www.redbubble.com/people/jeffturnerphoto.  Black and white prints of various types.  

February 14                 The interview on the Books In Review show on Notes To Stephanie aired on Fort Worth CCTV aired today will run for two weeks.  And I added a page of sample chapters from book #3, Notes To My Kids.  I also added a  BLOG page on www.wordpress.com.  Which means if and when I write a blog it will be there not here. February 3                   I have created a facebook page for the books.  The link is  http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/profile.php?ref=name&id=100000727429078 .  I have posted some pictrues that will be in Days Remembered to it in a photo album.  I also have a twitter page too called jeffturnerbooks http://twitter.com/#search?q=jeffturnerbooks .

January 2                    I uploaded the final, updated table of contents, forward, and afterward to the sequel "Days Remembered". This book is longer than the first book, it is now 267 pages long. The book is done after some tweaking and changing the images I have used. I also added several notes since I did the first draft in October of 2009.  Next I will be editing it some and I have sent it to some people to get feedback on it.  After that the usual stuff to prepare it for sale.  Thus, the story of "Stephanie" and I has been completely told, there is nothing more to say about that and life moves on.   As a result I have started work on the third Notes book, which is the one with notes to my two kids.  I have lists of notes for it done and also for book #4 which will be about my family and my growing up years. I am still wanting to finish he cookbook project too.  With my mom considering full retirement now she might have time to format her recipes and my grandmother's.

2009

December 30.             I added two more sample chapters to the sequel sample page. 

December 10.             Due to budget cuts at the City Of Fort Worth, the staff of Fort Worth CCTV was reduced around 50%.  The editing of the video for Books In Review has not been done.  There is also a real chance of the show being discontinued as well.

November 22.            I have formulated outlines for a third and fourth volume.  These two books will not be about Stephanie, but will be rememberances about my children (Volume III) and my relatives (Volume IV).  Obvioulys these will be written after I finish Volume 2, Days Remembered.  These two books will be written in a style like the first two books, each topic will be a short note.  

November 11.         Well I did it.  I finished the draft for the sequel called Days Remembered.  It should be up for ordering in early 2010.

Nnovember 10.       Today I was interviewed and taped for Fort Worth CCTV's Community Channel's Books In Review show. Author Emily Seate was the interviewer.  The show will be on CCTV channel 31 in two to four weeks. October 31.             There is a second review of the book on Amazon now.  I am in the process of publlishing a press release about the book.   And I am writing a sequel to the book.  See the home page for the link to its infomation and sample materials.

October 25.             Will there ever be a sequel to the book?  Well not in its present form since there are no more notes to Stephanie.  However I guess I could write notes to someone else perhaps, maybe my kids. Only the passage of time will answer that question.
